Project Overview
The Project is a new greenfields mine development for RTIO, located 35km northwest of the Yandicoogina mine in East Pilbara mining region. The Gudai-Darri mine will initially be developed as a nominal 43Mpta high-grade, dry processing operation.
The Site is approximately 40km from GNH intersection on the Munjina – Roy Hill Road which passes within 1km of the Gudai-Darri mine site. The route is fully sealed from Port Hedland to the intersection at the mine site.
Project Scope of Works
Construction consists of:
Detailed earthworks and backfill
Supply and installation of PC concrete building, surge bin, RE wall, bulk backfill of ROM pad
COS facility and pre-casts
Screening building concrete foundations
Secondary crushing building concrete foundations
Foundations, slabs and other concrete elements for new transfer stations and conveyors
Construction of Stockyards and stackers
TLO concrete facility and installation of rail transition slab
Foundations, slabs and other concrete elements for electrical substations
Installation of buried piping and conduits (electrical, comms & control services)
