Zero Harm is a Corporate Vision of DTMT and we aim to undertake all work in a manner in which “Zero Harm” to our people, our equipment and the environment is always the projected outcome.

DTMT’s Management System is maintained in accordance to AS/NZS 4801, with regular internal performance audits undertaken to assess compliance. Our commitment to Health and Safety is detailed in our Health and Safety Policy.

Our Management team are accountable for communicating the importance of safety to all employees, contractors, suppliers, clients and visitors.

Our Safety Achievements and Initiatives:

  • WorkSafe Platinum Award – In 2013, 2011 & 2009, DTMT were audited to the WorkSafe Plan Assessment and awarded a Worksafe platinum award for Safety Management. The award recognises the commitment of all our people to successful safety management
  • Employee Health and Wellbeing program which includes a Drug & Alcohol program and Employee Assistance program
  • 2010 SAI Global System Excellence Finalist
