DTMT Construction has the objective to engage in culturally appropriate recruitment to attract and retain Indigenous Australians to various positions on DTMT projects.

DTMT recognises shortages in qualified tradesmen, as part of a solution DTMT Construction offers Apprenticeships and Traineeships to develop our workforce into the future. DTMT endorses and is committed to structured training that can be on-the-job, off-the-job or a combination of both. Training provided by DTMT is ‘competency based’ which means you can complete your training faster if you reach the required skills level and can lead to nationally recognised qualifications and skills which provide the basis for further education and training over the course of your working life.
