DTMT Construction’s Employee Relations Policy has as primary aim that includes but is not limited to the following:

DTMT Construction is committed to the provision of relevant training based on the operational requirements of the Company and individual projects.

DTMT recognises shortages in qualified tradesmen, as part of a solution DTMT Construction offers Apprenticeships and Traineeships to develop our workforce into the future. DTMT endorses and is committed to structured training that can be on-the-job, off-the-job or a combination of both. Training provided by DTMT is ‘competency based’ which means you can complete your training faster if you reach the required skills level and can lead to nationally recognised qualifications and skills which provide the basis for further education and training over the course of your working life.
